From reading a number of studies, some old, some newer, USDA & FDA funded, it seems that nicotine is some form is a necessary nutrient for mitochondrial and other health. In this fall, Central Michigan University will prohibit the use of electronic cigarettes anywhere inside the campus and residence halls. “E-cigarettes will be treated as regular cigarettes.
